Body recomposition refers to the 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗳𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘀, 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Unlike traditional approaches that focus solely on weight loss or muscle gain, body recomposition aims to achieve a healthier and more aesthetic physique by manipulating diet, exercise, and lifestyle factors.
Our US based online client Jeremy is a great example of body recomposition.
Starting his journey with us in April this year, at 130lbs body weight.
With very little weight training experience and lack of knowledge about nutrition, on top of a very hectic life and work schedule, Jeremy absolutely crushed his goals of becoming lean, muscular, healthy, fit and in the best shape of his life!
He is currently sitting at 130.2 lbs but with a completely transformed physique and a goal of adding a little more lean tissue in the coming months and years.
His goal is not to grow and bulk, his goal is to stay and maintain his newly acquired lean and muscular physique while having tones of energy and continuously applying all the knowledge he gained on the program.
