Frequently Asked Questions

  • I’ve worked with men aged 18-55 so age is no barrier. I only ask that you’re the type of person who is highly motivated, eager to learn, and will listen to what I say. In return, you’ll build the dream body you’ve always wanted without having to spend every night in the gym. I’m also very honest. If I feel you’re not suitable for my program or style of coaching, I’ll tell you that. I only want you to invest if I know we’re both going to be happy working together.

  • To ensure you get the very best results my programs are primarily gym-based. However, if you have some decent home equipment I can build you a training program that’s just as effective as being in the gym.

  • Yes. I get better results working with men so I’ve chosen to specialise in that area.

  • This will depend on your availability and previous training experience. I advise my clients to make time for at least 3 sessions per week. If you’re already at an advanced level of training your program may increase to 4 or 5 sessions per week.

  • Incredible ones! First and foremost, you’ll shift those stubborn pounds of fat that have been bothering you for so long. You’ll add strong muscle while looking leaner. And you’ll become the fittest you’ve ever been. By the end of your program you’ll look and feel the best you ever have. Plus, you’ll know how to keep your sensational results long after we’ve worked together.

  • Don’t worry. This is a common issue and not a reason to not invest in the program. I’ll give you all the info you need so you can enjoy your holiday AND stay on track at the same time!

  • This depends on your specific goals and your previous training history. With that said, all of my clients feel better within the first week of their program. You’ll sleep better, feel energised throughout the day, and your mental performance and capacity will improve. Noticeable changes to your physique normally take a few weeks. After a month you’ll be amazed at how much different your body looks. We are going to be collecting progress photos on weekly basis as you’ll love looking back to compare how you used to look to the new version of yourself.

  • Yes. You get access to my exclusive member's app which has video tutorials of me performing each exercise in your program. You’ll know how to perform each exercise with perfect form and technique so you get maximum muscle growth from your workouts

  • Yes, it is.

  • You have access to me or your MBC coach via text, WhatsApp or email. We’ll be there to answer your questions and help in whatever way we can. This support and accountability is in addition to your weekly check-in.

  • Near the end of your program we’ll have a ‘goal re-setting’ call to review your transformation and plan your next steps and further goals. At this stage you have two choices, you can either go ‘solo’ and take away all the knowledge and ‘know how’ to continue making progress. Or, you can continue on the program where we’d be working together on your newly set goals helping you every step on the way.
