10. SMS Communications
Program: Martin Bugaj Online Coaching (MB Fitness Coaching Ltd) offers an SMS/text messaging program to users who opt in via our website. Purpose: By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your Strategy Call appointment, including booking confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates. These messages are transactional/conversational in nature and are not used for promotional or marketing purposes.
Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on your appointment activity. Message and Data Rates: Msg & data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out: You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send the SMS message
STOP, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to resume receiving messages, opt in again as you
did the first time.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions
