Ben’s Transformation

Ben was going to the gym 3-5 days a week but he’d hit a plateau. 

No matter how many extra reps, sets, or even training sessions Ben put in, he just couldn’t lose those last stubborn pounds of fat or build any more lean muscle. 

With a revamped nutrition and exercise program Ben was able to make some serious gains while simultaneously shredding body fat.
