When I first decided to sign up to the 12 week transformation I understandably had my doubts about whether I could stick to the subscribed programme (I had in my mind 12 weeks of starvation and pounding the treadmill). Martin was brilliant in not only installing in me the confidence that it was achievable but also in tailoring a programme that worked perfectly and did not feel like a chore. As time went on I felt fitter, healthier and happier and this positively affected both my work and home life.
One of the brilliant things about Martin is he is personable and approachable and makes you feel totally at ease from the outset but also knows how to motivate you, push you and get that extra 10% from you. The programmes he offers do not finish in the gym, I found he was always on hand to offer support and advice at all hours which was invaluable. I could not recommend Martin highly enough!

Martin has helped me change not only my body shape, but also my day to day being and my perspective on every day challenges. When I first decided to embark on the body transformation, I came with the usual reservations that you might have when feeling uncomfortable about yourself; “will this work?” “Can I be disciplined enough?” “Will a PT be able to get the best out of me?”
At first, 12 weeks seems a mountain to climb, however through a patient, encouraging and an exceptionally personalised approach that extends outside the studio’s 4 walls. Martin never lets you feel as if you are out of your depth and that the peak is unreachable.
I can safely say, that you will struggle to find anyone in any industry as passionate, motivated and personable as Martin. The ability to bring the best out of people is a rarity, however Martin possess bags of it!
