This builds a picture that will allow me to set short, medium and long term goals that are personalised to you and your lifestyle. You tell us how much time you can commit, and we’ll design a plan that works within your schedule. We recommend at least 90 minutes of exercise per week, but we'll make it work around your lifestyle.
